Superior Subscriptions Ripped Me off on Us Weekly subscription

Superior Subscriptions complaint by Nbrown
I purchased a 1 year subscription to Us Weekly back in January and have yet to receive a single magazine.

I have contacted Us Weekly and they have not received any indication that a request was submitted.

This is absurd.

I have tried calling (619) 315-5264. It rings and rings, but never gets to a voice mail. I have tried for 3 days straight to get someone on the phone to resolve this. I have repeatedly e-mailed them, but I have not heard a single response.

I am outraged and just want my money back. I hope that no one in their right mind would ever deal with this individual/company again. They are a disgrace.
